I'm a 35-year old attorney working in Minneapolis, Minnesota as legal counsel for Digital River, Inc., a Minneapolis-based e-commerce and marketing solutions provider. My practice focuses on general transactional (i.e., contracts), e-commerce, and intellecutal property, and I have considerable experience working for Internet and technology companies in New York. (An e-commerce and IP area of this site will be coming soon.) In my spare time, in between trips to the driving range and driving all around the metro area to visit our friends, I do some basic web site design for myself and my family and friends. I built this site to share some of my interests and some interesting things I've found.
